Dan O'Connor is a Co-Founder and Producing Artistic Director of the critically acclaimed, nationally recognized Impro Theatre (www.improtheatre.com), home of LA Theatresports and their “UnScripted” full-length play formats (e.g., Chekhov UnScripted, Jane Austen UnScripted, The Western UnScripted, Shakespeare UnScripted, Sondheim UnScripted, etc.), many directed/co-directed by Dan.  Collectively, these shows have been performed at The Broad Stage, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Laguna Playhouse, North Coast Repertory, Falcon Theatre, New Vic Theatre, Odyssey Theatre, South Coast Repertory, among others.  Dan is also co-founder of the long-running, successful BATS Improv in San Francisco.  Dan has numerous film and television acting, directing, and writing credits  (www.danoconnor.net).  He has also taught at USC, Duke, Pepperdine, UC Santa Barbara, and UT Austin, and facilitates applied impro and creative workshops at Dreamworks, Disney Animation, Cirque du Soleil, to name a few.  Dan is a graduate of the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London and a member of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, AEA and WGA.
